Inbetweeners Series 3 : episode 3

the inbetweeners is a Teen drama created by Written by Damon Beesley and Iain Morris
it is about a group of  charaters struggling through there sixth form at school (will, simon , neil and jay ).
the show is focused on teenagers as it uses language maybe the older generation has never heard off.

The episode starts of with an ESTABLISING SHOT (ELS) of the front of jays house with a caravan parked on the front drive. this is used so the viewer knows where the charaters are, the scene is narated by one of the main charaters so the viewers are comftable and acknowledge what he says.
the shot changes to a MEDIUM SHOT (MS)shows all 4 charaters cramped in the cavaran, while jay is doing a rude action while describing his holiday with 3 playboy models... (by this time in the show, the audience knows he lies about everything) while switching to SHOT/REVERSE SHOT during exchange of dialogue.
Jays dad enters , the camera shows the 4 using a HIGH ANGLE making his dad seem supirior to them, as he is older and makes jay look weak when he takes the piss out of him for lying again.
 There is a ClOSE UP SHOT (CS) and EYE LEVEL ANGLE of jays face looking upset , this makes the viewer seem sorry for him as he's being targeted and embarresed infront of his friends.
 The SCENE ends with a little DIALOUGE from the NARATER explaining the next scene, this is said while showing another ESTABLISION SHOT ( ELS ) of the group walking in the street on the way to school.
